How can I access my XP home area from UNIX?

How can I access my XP home area from UNIX or my Unix home area files from XP?

Your Windows home area is the same as your Unix home area.  Any files you upload to your XP home area shall be available in your unix home area.  Files left on the desktop are not available.  Do not leave files on your desktop.
