A computer does not work. How do I get get it fixed?

Up to table of contents

A computer / printer does not work. It needs fixing. What should I do?

We rely on you to report issues with computers in the computer labs.  If you find something that's broken then please report it sot computer support.

Email support@ee.uwa.edu.au with details of the problem.  Please make sure you include:

1)   The computer name.  This should be on a sticker on every computer in a teaching lab (may not be on research lab computers).  If it's not visable then a description of where the computer is located will do.

2)   The room number (eg G01, G50, 1.51, 2.71, 3.09 ...)

3)   A good description of the problem (does not work is NOT a good description - there are many ways in which something could "not work")
